General Terms

100% of Total Reservation amount forfeited if cancelled within 7 Days of check-in date
100% of Deposit forfeited if Cancelled 14 Days to check-in date
50% of Deposit forfeited if cancelled 21 Days to check-in date
25% of Deposit forfeited if cancelled 30 Days to Check-in date

Vehicles of all kinds should be kept/ parked properly in the designated place and to be locked. Vehicles are parked at own risk.
The Armagh Guesthouse will not be liable for any damages during the stay of the guest removed from the vehicles.
Please note our cancellation policy
There will be no cancellation fee charged if the Reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before arrival
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if cancelled in the 7 days of arrival
The full reservation fee will be charged to the Credit Card if there is no cancellation and no show
The Armagh Guesthouse will only use, disclose and retain personal information for the purpose for which it was collected unless the individual has otherwise consented, or when its use, disclosure or retention is required or permitted by law. Personal information will only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Your Contact Details will also be used for marketing purposes with regards to The Armagh Guesthouse
The Armagh Guesthouse protect personal information by security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information.
The Armagh Guesthouse reserves the Right to cancel a reservation should there be good reason.

Rates

Accommodation prices apply at time of booking.
Regrettably we do not accept any cheques as payment.
Check-in times 14:00 to 19:00 Check-Out times 10:00am.
No check-in will be allowed after 19:00. This is necessary to ensure the security, comfort and well being of other guests, however should there be extenuating circumstances such as flight arrival times please do not hesitate to contact us to make arrangements for a later or earlier check-in.
All rooms of staying guests should be vacated by 10:00am for cleaning purposes.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice; this will not affect current bookings
Rates charged include breakfast.
Children under 10 years stay free.
Please note – Bookings will only will be secured on receipt of deposit payment
Our Rates include Bed and Breakfast We offer long stay or corporate rates upon request

Laundry & Ironing service on request. A price will be provided dependent on quantity
Children under 16 must have proper adult supervision at all times.
Guests must make sure that their belongings in the rooms are locked away at all times, the guesthouse will not be liable for any damages.
We request that care be taken to see that there is no wastage of water, electricity and other Resources.
All electrical appliances like fan, light, air-conditioners, geyser etc. should be Switched off before leaving the room
Cooking in any form using gas, oven, heater and hot plate is not allowed inside the rooms.
Damaging of property or defacing any notice/ poster/ walls etc. of the Guesthouse is illegal and will be for the full account of the person responsible before departure.
The guests agree not to remove any equipment, product, goods or service items provided from the room, entertainment areas, general areas and dining area. These include, but are not limited to, the cushions, bedding, towels, baskets, soap dispensers, information file, equipment, hangers, ornaments or any other items and to report any shortages or equipment not working as soon as noticed. Any items found to be damaged or stolen will be immediately charged.
